How is food a design problem? On the other hand, how can it be anything else?

Design prides itself on making order out of chaos, but how does this intersect with the natural world, which lies at the basis of all humanity? Genetically modified foods are a tricky subject, especially when you stop and consider how enhanced beauty boosts sales.

Tickets are limited. More at taste.designobserver.com.
